Back when market research was just a baby, Walker was one of the first on the scene. Now, they’ve evolved to cover experience management: partnering with Qualtrics to help companies listen, learn, and grow. And because they’ve undergone plenty of change themselves, Walker is uniquely qualified to help their clients do the same. To prove it, we built a refreshed brand identity, gave the Walker website a makeover, and supported the launch of the new look for both employees and external audiences.
You might never guess it, but the company’s new tagline—“Making change make sense” may or may not have been inspired by Post Malone’s “Congratulations.” Ask me how.
